I'm thinking entries go in reverse chronological order, so new items at the top, like a blog? This is very cursory thus far. It's partially to verify that edits still work.

Lately, I've been checking:
- ARIN to see who's hosting the IP address in question, the CIDR range, etc. If it's more a hosting company, I'll block edits. This wiki is for people to edit, not bots.
- DroneBL to see if there have been reports for the IP address in question
DroneBL has seen most of the spammers I've seen in the wave this week. I've enabled it on $wgDnsBlacklistUrls, and I'm partially writing this page to verify that edits still work.
